Job Overview

XtecGlobal is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist with experience in handling international clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a consultative sales approach, and a proven ability to convert leads into successful sales while achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage and follow up with international leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Generate new business opportunities and convert qualified leads into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
- Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market opportunities.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, International Sales, or Tele-sales.
- Experience dealing with international clients is mandatory and Candidates should be comfortable communicating in Punjabi.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
