We assist clients in identifying suitable properties and provide support throughout the property coordination and onboarding process.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Property Solutions Specialist to understand client and business requirements, identify suitable property options, and coordinate the complete process from requirement gathering to property onboarding.

The role involves working closely with clients, brands, property owners, and internal teams to provide suitable property solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and gather property requirements from clients, brands, and businesses.
- Collect details such as location, budget, property type, size, parking, accessibility, frontage, and other requirements.
- Identify suitable properties based on client and business requirements.
- Match available properties with specific requirements.
- Coordinate with property owners and internal teams for property details and availability.
- Share relevant property options and information with clients.
- Coordinate property visits and discussions when required.




- Assist with property onboarding and related coordination.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients, brands, and property owners.
- Maintain updated records of property requirements, listings, and client interactions.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients, property owners, and internal teams.
- Handle end-to-end coordination until the property requirement is successfully progressed.

Requirements

- Any Degree.
- 0.6 – 3 years of relevant experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of real estate and property markets.
- Ability to understand and analyse client requirements.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of property types and locations is an advantage.
- Candidates with relevant real estate knowledge and experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in real estate may also apply.

Salary & Incentives

₹25,000 – ₹60,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Salary will be based on the candidate's relevant real estate knowledge, industry experience, property-market understanding, communication skills, and overall suitability for the role.
