About the Role
We are looking for an experienced CFO to lead the company’s finance function and play a key role in our upcoming IPO.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting and forecasting.
- Drive IPO financial readiness, due diligence and coordination with merchant bankers, auditors and legal advisors.
- Oversee financial reporting, MIS, cash flow, working capital and internal controls.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI, Companies Act, taxation and applicable financial regulations.
- Manage investor relations, fundraising, banking and capital allocation.
- Lead audits and strengthen financial governance and processes.
- Advise the Board and management on financial and strategic decisions.
- Lead and manage the finance & accounts team.
Candidate Profile
- CA / MBA Finance / CFA or equivalent.
- 10+ years of relevant finance leadership experience.
- Strong experience in corporate finance, financial reporting and strategic planning.
- IPO, fundraising or listed-company experience preferred.
- Robust leadership, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
Pay: Up to ₹3,500,000.00 per year
