About the Role:

We are looking for a responsible and organised Store Operations Executive to manage day-to-day store activities at Sujaan Planters. The role involves coordinating with vendors and the internal team, processing confirmed orders, managing inventory and supervising support staff to ensure smooth store operations and timely order execution.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage daily store operations, ensuring the store remains organised, clean and fully functional.

· Process confirmed orders received from the sales team and coordinate with vendors, factories and logistics partners for timely execution.

· Track orders from confirmation to final delivery, maintaining regular coordination with the sales team and vendors.

· Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock checks and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages or excess stock.

· Supervise support staff, allocate daily tasks and ensure store upkeep, material handling, packing and dispatch activities are carried out efficiently.

· Coordinate transportation, loading, unloading and installation activities, including site visits whenever required to ensure smooth execution.

· Maintain order records,



update order status in the company's custom CRM and provide regular operational updates to management.

· Resolve routine operational issues and handle customer communication when the sales executive is unavailable.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Prior experience in store operations, inventory management, order processing or logistics coordination preferred.

· Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, email, WhatsApp and CRM software.

· Valuable communication skills in Hindi and basic working knowledge of English.

· Strong organisational, coordination and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple orders and daily responsibilities.

· Ability to supervise support staff and coordinate effectively with vendors, transporters and internal teams.

· Willingness to undertake local site visits for installations and other operational requirements.

Ideal Candidate: A responsible, proactive and organised individual who can independently manage store operations, maintain inventory control, supervise support staff and take ownership of confirmed orders from processing through successful delivery and installation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
