Job Overview
We are looking for a creative, results-driven Social Media Executive with 1+ year of experience to manage content creation, scheduling, and engagement across Volansoft’s and our clients' social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X).
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation: Write engaging captions, brainstorm hooks, and collaborate with designers on visual posts, Reels, and graphics.
Account Management: Schedule daily posts, stories, and updates across all active platforms using publishing tools.
Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and audience inquiries promptly.
Analytics & Trends:



Track monthly performance metrics (reach, growth, engagement) and implement trending formats.
Requirements
1+ years of social media management experience (agency background preferred).
Hands-on experience with Canva, Cap Cut, or basic graphic/video editing tools.
Strong written English skills for copy and caption writing.
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Page management, and scheduling tools.
