We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager (RM) to lead business development and sales for our Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) Solar business.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales and business development for C&I; solar projects across the assigned region.
- Generate leads through direct sales, networking, referrals and channel partners.
- Lead and support the regional sales/business-development team.
- Develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers and large customers.
- Understand customer electricity consumption and identify suitable solar solutions.
- Present and negotiate CAPEX, OPEX/RESCO and PPA business models.
- Review and negotiate commercial proposals, quotations and contracts.
- Manage the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to order closure.
- Coordinate with EPC, engineering,



finance and project teams during execution.
- Monitor project milestones, customer requirements and payment follow-up.
- Travel regularly for customer meetings, site visits and business development.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline; B.Tech/B.E. preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience preferably C&I.;
- Knowledge of CAPEX, OPEX/RESCO, PPA and EPC models.
