Sales & Customer Relationship Executive – Medical Instruments

We are looking for a Sales & Customer Relationship Executive to join our medical instruments business.

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and email.
- Communicate with hospitals, clinics, doctors, distributors and other customers.
- Explain our medical instruments and product specifications to customers.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Prepare quotations and maintain customer records.
- Maintain sales and customer follow-up data in Excel.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding orders and deliveries.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Follow up on quotations, orders and payments.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and customer follow-up reports.

Requirements:





- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good Hindi and basic-to-good English communication.
- Comfortable using MS Excel.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Sales experience will be preferred.
- Experience in medical equipment/instruments, pharma, healthcare or B2B sales will be an advantage.
- Candidates should be willing to learn about medical instruments and their applications.

Experience: 1–3 years

Employment: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
