VPMM Group of Educational Institutions is seeking qualified and dedicated faculty members for the B.Pharm programme. The selected candidates will be responsible for teaching, practical training, student mentoring, research, and academic activities.

Qualification:

- B.Pharm / M.Pharm from a recognized institution.
- Ph.D. in Pharmacy / relevant specialization preferred for senior positions.
- Qualification as per applicable Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) / regulatory norms.
- Strong academic background and communication skills.

Experience:

- Relevant teaching / academic experience preferred.
- Experience in Pharmacy education, laboratory training, research, and student mentoring will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct B.Pharm theory and practical classes.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct and supervise laboratory/practical sessions.
- Mentor students in academic and professional development.




- Guide students in projects, research, seminars, and presentations.
- Participate in workshops, conferences, and departmental activities.
- Maintain academic records and documentation.
- Contribute to curriculum development and institutional quality initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

- Strong knowledge of Pharmacy subjects.
- Excellent teaching and communication skills.
- Valuable practical and laboratory knowledge.
- Research-oriented and student-focused.
- Ability to work effectively with faculty and students.
- Knowledge of digital teaching tools and academic documentation.
