Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Primary Hindi Teacher to teach Hindi to students in the primary grades. The candidate should be able to create an engaging, child-friendly learning environment and develop students’ Hindi language skills through effective teaching methods and activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver Hindi lessons according to the CBSE curriculum.
- Teach Hindi language, grammar, reading, writing, vocabulary, and basic literature to primary students.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, teaching aids, and classroom activities.
- Use interactive and age-appropriate teaching methodologies.
- Assess students through classwork, homework, tests, projects, and other activities.
- Maintain students’ academic records and provide regular feedback.
- Identify students who need additional academic support and provide remedial assistance.
- Encourage students to participate in Hindi-related activities, competitions, storytelling, recitation, and cultural programmes.




- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive and inclusive learning workplace.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students’ academic progress and development.
- Participate in school events, meetings, training programmes, and other assigned responsibilities.

Eligibility

- Bachelor’s degree in Hindi or a relevant subject from a recognised university.
- B.Ed./D.El.Ed. or relevant teacher-training qualification.
- CTET/TET qualification may be preferred or required as per the school’s recruitment policy.
- Good command of Hindi and English.
- Prior experience teaching Hindi at the primary level in a CBSE school will be an advantage.
