AI Architect (AI-Augmented SaaS Systems)

Position Overview

We are seeking a next-generation AI Architect to define and drive our AI/ML strategy and embed scalable models into our SaaS product ecosystem. Unlike traditional AI Architects, this role demands proficiency with AI-augmented productivity tools to achieve 5x efficiency and best-in-class quality.

The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in ML frameworks, data pipelines, and scalable AI deployment with the ability to harness generative AI tools, automation platforms, and intelligent workflows to transform product development.

Key Responsibilities

- AI/ML Strategy:



Define and execute the company’s AI strategy to power product innovation and differentiation.
- Scalable Model Integration: Architect and integrate machine learning and generative AI models into SaaS platforms at scale.
AI Productivity Leverage:
- AI productivity tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, AutoML, LangChain) to accelerate development and system optimization.
- Data & Pipeline Ownership: Build and optimize automated data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, training, and deployment.
- MLOps & Deployment: Establish robust MLOps pipelines for continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to align AI solutions with market goals.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure models are accurate, explainable, secure, and compliant with data governance standards.

Required Skills

- Proven experience as AI Architect / Principal AI Engineer / AI Systems Lead in SaaS or product companies.
- Robust command of ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc.).
- Hands-on expertise with AI productivity accelerators (Copilot, AutoML, LangChain, vector DBs like Pinecone/Weaviate).
- Deep knowledge of data pipelines, ETL frameworks, and distributed systems.
- Proficiency with cloud AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, Azure AI).
- Strong understanding of MLOps and lifecycle management.
- Ability to drive AI-first architectures with measurable outcomes.
