We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a voice process at Silk Board, Bangalore.

Requirements:

- Minimum 12th pass
- Freshers can apply
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Account Management or Outbound Calling preferred
- Valuable communication skills
- Understanding of customer service metrics and quality standards is an advantage
- English + Hindi / Telugu / Kannada / Tamil required
- Age limit: Up to 36 years
- Immediate joiners preferred

Shift: Rotational Shift

Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off

Cab Facility: Not Available
