Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor – Short-Form & D2C Content Specialist who can create engaging, high-quality video content for social media and digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in video editing, short-form content, storytelling, motion graphics, and visual aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit engaging videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Create product videos, promotional videos, campaign content, BTS videos, and social media creatives.
- Add transitions, motion graphics, animations, text overlays, sound effects, and background music.
- Develop videos with robust storytelling, pacing, visual flow, and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Social Media teams to execute content requirements.
- Maintain consistency with the company's brand identity, visual style, and communication guidelines.
- Optimize videos according to different platform formats, aspect ratios, and content requirements.
- Handle multiple editing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Perform basic color correction, audio synchronization, sound design, and final video optimization.




- Organize and maintain video assets, project files, footage, and editing resources.
- Stay updated with social media trends, video formats, editing techniques, and content trends.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of professional experience in Video Editing.
- Strong proficiency in at least one of: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Basic knowledge of Motion Graphics and Animation.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, composition, and visual aesthetics.
- Hands-on experience creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content.
- Knowledge of color correction, audio synchronization, sound effects, and sound design.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and visual quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Portfolio/showreel is preferred.

Good to Have

- Experience working with D2C, e-commerce, consumer brands, or digital marketing agencies.
- Knowledge of AI-powered video editing/content creation tools.
- Photography or videography experience.
- Understanding of current Instagram, YouTube, and social media content trends.
