This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical exposure to end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) processes in a listed manufacturing company, providing valuable experience in financial accounting, reporting, compliance, controls, and month-end closing activities. The trainee will work closely with experienced finance professionals and gain exposure to corporate accounting practices, financial statements, audit requirements, and business finance processes. Key Responsibilities: Month-End and Year-End Closing Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities. Prepare and post journal vouchers (JVs) and adjustment entries. Assist in timely closure of books and adherence to reporting timelines. Review general ledger accounts and analyse variances.
