Job Title: HCS / Workday Tester - OffshoreLocation: Offshore - India RemoteJob Description:We are looking for a Workday Tester with strong hands-on testing experience.Key Responsibilities:Execute Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression & E2E Testing for Workday HCMCreate and execute detailed Test Plans, Test Scenarios & Test CasesPerform defect logging, tracking and retesting in JIRA/ALMValidate Workday configurations, business processes & integrationsSupport UAT and collaborate with functional teamRequired Skills:3+ Years of experience in Workday HCM Testing (Not Techno-Functional)Solid expertise in Test Case Writing, Test Plan Creation & ExecutionExperience in Functional, SIT, Regression TestingGood understanding of Workday HCM modulesExcellent communication and stakeholder coordination skill
