High Speed PCB Design Engineer / Technical LeadWhy Join Us?Opportunity to work on cutting-edge high-speed computing, networking, automotive, and embedded platforms.Exposure to advanced technologies including DDR5, PCIe Gen4/Gen5, MIPI, and 10G+ Ethernet designs.End-to-end ownership of complex hardware development programs.Location: BangaloreExperience: 6-15 YearsKey ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop complex multi-layer high-speed PCBs using Altium Designer.Perform PCB layout for high-speed interfaces including:DDR4 / DDR5 / LPDDRPCIeMIPI10G+ EthernetHigh-speed Serial InterfacesCreate and maintain PCB component libraries, footprints, and symbols.Execute placement, routing, DRC setup, DRC closure, and design optimization.Generate manufacturing deliverables including Gerber files, ODB++, STEP files, DXF files, assembly drawings, and fabrication outputs.Prepare HyperLynx/SI-PI files and collaborate with SI/PI teams for design closure.Understand and implement PCB stack-up recommendations for signal integrity and manufacturability.Ensure compliance with EMI/EMC, DFM, DFT,



and DFX requirements.Perform CAM verification and DFM checks using tools such as Valor.Work closely with hardware, manufacturing, mechanical, SI/PI, and validation teams throughout the product lifecycle.Support prototype bring-up, debug, manufacturing queries, and design change implementation.Mandatory SkillsStrong hands-on experience in Altium Designer PCB Layout.Expertise in high-speed digital board design and routing.Experience with multilayer PCB design (10+ layers preferred).Valuable understanding of:Signal Integrity (SI)Power Integrity (PI)EMI/EMCPCB Stack-up DesignHigh-Speed Routing RulesExposure to DFM, DFT, and manufacturing processes.Experience in Gerber generation, CAM review, and PCB fabrication support.Preferred SkillsExperience with HyperLynx, Valor, SI/PI analysis tools.Knowledge of FPGA, SoC, processor, and memory-based board designs.Familiarity with IPC standards and compliance requirements.Experience handling board designs from concept through production release.Educational QualificationB.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, or related disciplines.
