Job Description N Job Title n Cybersecurity Trainer / Information Security Technical Instructor N Job Type nFull-Time N Location nChennai N Experience Required N2–4 Yearsn JobSummary NWe are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Trainer to deliver hands-on and industry-oriented training in cybersecurity, ethical hacking, network security, cloud security, vulnerability assessment, and security operations. The trainer will mentor learners through practical labs, real-world security scenarios, and certification-oriented training programs. N Key Responsibilities N
- Deliver classroom and online training on cybersecurity concepts and tools N
- Train learners on ethical hacking, network security, SOC operations, and vulnerability assessment N
- Conduct practical lab sessions, penetration testing exercises, and security simulations N
- Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, quizzes, and assessments N
- Guide students for cybersecurity certifications and career readiness N
- Teach security fundamentals including firewalls, SIEM, IAM, endpoint security, and incident response N
- Mentor learners on real-world security case studies and projects N
- Conduct workshops, CTF activities, and cyber awareness sessions N
- Monitor learner progress and provide technical mentoring N
- Update curriculum basedon latest cybersecurity threats and technologies N
- Coordinate with academic and placement teams for learner development initiatives N Required Skills N
- Robust knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and security best practices N




- Experience with ethicalhacking and penetration testing tools N
- Knowledge of network security, Linux security, and web application security N
- Familiarity with SIEM, SOC operations, vulnerability assessment, and incident response N
- Hands-on experience with Kali Linux and security tools N
- Good presentation, communication, and mentoring abilities N
- Ability to conduct practical labs and troubleshooting sessions N Preferred Skills N
- Experience in cloud security and DevSecOps N
- Knowledge of scripting using Python or Bash N
- Exposure to digital forensics and malware analysis N
- Experience in corporatesecurity training or academic training N
- Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR, or NIST N Educational Qualification N
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / IT / Cybersecurity / Engineering or related field N Certifications Preferred N
