We are looking for an experienced Workday Core HCM Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and maintenance of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. The candidate will work with HR and business teams to understand requirements and configure Workday to meet organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM modules based on business requirements.
- Work on Business Processes, Staffing, Organizations, Supervisory Organizations, and Employee Data Management.
- Gather requirements from HR/business stakeholders and translate them into Workday solutions.
- Develop and maintain Workday reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
- Support Workday integrations with internal and external systems.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Support Workday releases, enhancements, and production changes.
- Prepare functional documentation and provide user support/training.
- Ensure data accuracy,
security, and compliance within Workday.
Required Skills
- Robust hands-on experience in Workday Core HCM.
- Knowledge of Workday Business Processes and Configuration.
- Experience with Workday Reporting and Calculated Fields.
- Understanding of Staffing Models and Organizational Structures.
- Knowledge of Workday security and role-based access.
- Exposure to Workday Integrations is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Workday Core HCM certification.
- Experience with Compensation, Benefits, Absence, or Time Tracking.
- Experience supporting Workday implementation or enhancement projects.
- Knowledge of HR processes and HRIS systems.
Experience
Typically 5–7 years of relevant Workday experience, depending on the seniority of the position.
