Drive end-to-end bulk hiring for field/program roles against manpower targets and TAT

• Source via portals, social media, referrals, and community drives; screen and shortlist at volume

• Treat hiring like a sales funnel — manage pipeline, daily/weekly closures, and dropout %

• Coordinate with hiring managers to close roles on time; negotiate offers and reduce no-shows

• Track and report recruitment metrics (sourced, screened, offered, joined)

• Manage onboarding, joining formalities, and induction coordination

• Maintain HRMS records and ensure data accuracy for the assigned location

• Support attendance, leave, and payroll input coordination for field staff

• Resolve employee queries; manage exit formalities and F&F; coordination

• Support compliance documentation and audits as required
