We are hiring a Python Django Developer to build robust backend services and APIs that power our products. You will own features from design through deployment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications and APIs using Django and Django REST Framework
- Build high-performance microservices with FastAPI or Flask where suitable
- Implement asynchronous and background processing with Celery
- Design and optimise PostgreSQL schemas and queries
- Write unit and integration tests and keep code quality high
- Work with frontend and product teams to deliver features on time
Requirements
- 1+ years of qualified experience with Django
- Solid understanding of REST API design and authentication
- Experience with PostgreSQL or another relational database
- Familiarity with Celery, caching and task queues
- Comfortable with Git, Linux and agile workflows
Skills:- Django, RESTful APIs, MVC Framework, FastAPI, Flask, Celery and PostgreSQL
