Role Description – Business Development Manager (MICE & Tour Packages)

This is a full‑time, on‑site role in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The position involves:

- Identifying and developing new business opportunities in MICE and corporate tour packages
- Prospecting and engaging potential clients, building long‑term relationships with travel partners and corporate decision‑makers




- Preparing customized proposals and commercial offers
- Coordinating with internal operations and finance teams for seamless execution
- Tracking sales performance, reporting, and refining go‑to‑market strategies

✅ Qualifications

- Strong business development, sales, and account management skills in travel, tourism, or MICE industries
- Experience in corporate travel solutions, event management, or tour package design
- Market research and proposal development expertise
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and office software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Hospitality/Travel & Tourism (MBA preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment in Mumbai, with willingness to travel
