Position: Finance Manager
Location: Chennai
Work Mode: In office
Experience: 7+ Years

Required Skill Set:

- Financial Accounting & Reporting

- FP&A; – Budgeting & Forecasting

- Revenue Management & Profitability Analysis

- Financial Closing & Reconciliation

- Advanced Excel

- Financial/ERP Systems

- CXO/Board-level Reporting

- Financial Controls & Compliance

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day financial accounting, general ledger, reconciliations, and reporting.

- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.

- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

- Provide financial analysis for business decision-making.

- Manage revenue, pricing, profitability, and sales pipeline tracking.

- Ensure financial controls and regulatory compliance.

- Support the CFO with CXO/Board-level financial reporting
