*The Role*

The ideal candidate is someone who understands advertising, branding, social media, storytelling and filmmaking, and can take an idea from a brief all the way to the screen. A strong interest in films, screenwriting, pop culture and emerging social media formats is an added brownie point.

*What we're looking for*

• 2+ years of experience in advertising, digital content, social media or creative agencies

• Proficient in both Telugu and English, with strong writing and conversational skills

• Robust understanding of social media platforms, formats and trends

• Ability to develop social media content strategies and content ideas

• Passion for screenwriting, filmmaking and visual storytelling

• Understanding of film production and the filmmaking process

• Ability to write scripts that are creative, concise, conversational and visually executable

• Ability to adapt writing styles across different brands, audiences and platforms

• Comfortable working with directors, assistant directors, editors, designers, photographers and clients

• Ability to take creative feedback and refine work without losing the core idea

• Strong research skills and curiosity about brands, advertising, films,



pop culture and internet culture

• A portfolio of scripts, campaigns, social content or other creative work is preferred

*Responsibilities*

• Develop and execute social media content ideas for brands, from ideation and writing to filming and final execution

• Write ad films, social media reels, digital campaigns, branded content, video scripts, dialogues, captions and campaign copy

• Develop creative concepts based on client briefs, brand objectives and audience insights

• Plan social media content pillars, formats and recurring content properties

• Stay constantly updated with social media trends, memes, formats, creators and emerging content behaviour

• Collaborate closely with the direction department to translate scripts and ideas into effective visual executions

• Work with editors and post-production teams to ensure the final output reflects the creative intent

• Participate in pre-production discussions, recce, scripting, shot planning and production

• Write scripts keeping in mind locations, talent, production limitations, camera, performance and editing

• Develop multiple creative routes and variations for campaigns and social content
