This role sits at the heart of our growth engine—connecting vision with execution.

Role & Responsibilities

- Identify, vet, and onboard academic institutions, coaching centers, and edtech platform partners across assigned regions.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, co-marketing initiatives, and revenue-sharing models aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research to uncover untapped opportunities and competitive positioning in local education ecosystems.
- Represent the brand at education fairs, institutional meetings, and regional stakeholder events.
- Track KPIs including partner acquisition rate,



conversion efficiency, and revenue contribution—reporting weekly to leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor pitch decks, success stories, and localized messaging for prospects.
