Kooe is an AI Technology Company building AI-powered technology solutions, software, and digital transformation services for businesses.

We are looking for a hands-on B2B Growth Marketing & Demand Generation Specialist responsible for building a consistent pipeline of qualified B2B leads and business opportunities through organic, paid, and emerging AI-driven channels.

Key Responsibilities
1. B2B Lead Generation & Demand Generation

- Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified B2B leads and sales opportunities.

- Identify target markets, industries, companies, and decision-makers for Kooe's technology solutions.

- Build campaigns targeting CTOs, CIOs, VP Engineering, IT Heads, Product Leaders, and business decision-makers.

- Focus on international B2B lead generation, particularly the US market.

- Work closely with sales to understand lead quality and continuously improve MQL → SQL → Prospect conversion.

- Identify new digital channels and acquisition opportunities for consistent pipeline generation.

2. SEO & Organic Growth

- Execute On-Page, Technical, Off-Page, and International SEO.

- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, technical audits, and content-gap analysis.

- Build topical authority through content clusters, service pages, internal linking, and quality backlinks.

- Increase organic rankings, qualified traffic, and lead generation.

3. PPC & Performance Marketing

- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for B2B technology services.

- Manage keywords, bids, negative keywords, ad copy, audiences, remarketing, and A/B testing.

- Manage Meta Ads where relevant.

- Optimize campaigns for CPL, conversion rate, lead quality, MQLs, SQLs, and ROAS.

4. GEO & AI Search

- Implement GEO, Entity SEO, Schema, structured data,



and topical authority strategies.

- Optimize Kooe's visibility across Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other AI search platforms.

- Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility and discovery through AI-driven search.

5. CRO & Website Optimization

- Optimize landing pages, forms, CTAs, and conversion journeys.

- Develop service and campaign landing pages aligned with search intent.

- Identify and implement opportunities to improve website conversion rates.

6. Analytics & Reporting

- Track performance using GA4, GSC, GTM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Looker Studio.

- Measure the complete funnel: Traffic → Lead → MQL → SQL → Opportunity.

- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.

Required Skills

- 4+ years of hands-on digital/growth marketing experience.

- Strong expertise in SEO or PPC, with working knowledge of the other.

- Mandatory experience in IT Services, Software, SaaS, AI, Technology, or B2B businesses.

- Proven experience generating qualified B2B leads.

- Hands-on experience with Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, GSC, GTM, Google Ads, and Looker Studio.

- Working knowledge of WordPress, HTML/CSS, landing pages, and CRO.

- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.

Must Have

Candidates must demonstrate real, measurable results from previous campaigns, such as:

- Increased organic rankings, qualified traffic, and leads; or

- Generated and optimized paid B2B leads with measurable improvements in CPL, conversion rate, and lead quality.

Candidates should be able to clearly explain what they did, the numbers before and after, and the business impact.

Preferred

- International B2B / US market experience.

- Experience marketing AI, Cloud, Data, Software Development, DevOps, Salesforce, or IT Consulting.

- Google Ads / GA4 certifications.

- Hands-on experience with GEO and AI search optimization.
