Our team is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to drive digital growth across brands through strategy, execution, performance analysis and account growth. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, commercially minded and comfortable working across paid media, e-commerce, email marketing, AI and other digital channels.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

- Own performance and digital marketing strategy for assigned brands, translating business objectives into clear channel and campaign plans.
- Lead campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, display and other relevant digital channels, with ownership of budgets and performance.
- Analyse performance and consumer data to identify gaps, insights and opportunities for growth, and turn these into actionable recommendations.
- Identify account mining, upselling and cross-selling opportunities across existing clients and help grow the scope of business.
- Contribute to new business and pitch opportunities through performance strategy, media plans and projections.
- Explore AI,



emerging platforms and current digital approaches that can improve performance and expand HOWL’s offering.
- Mentor and guide the Performance team while maintaining quality and strategic thinking across accounts.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- 5-6 years of experience in performance/digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
- Strong expertise across Meta Ads, Google Ads and other paid media platforms, with a solid understanding of full-funnel marketing and performance metrics.
- Experience across digital growth areas such as e-commerce and conversion optimisation, beyond paid media.
- Strong analytical and commercial thinking, with the ability to connect campaign performance to broader business objectives.
- Experience handling clients and presenting performance insights and recommendations.
- A strong understanding of account growth, upselling and identifying new business opportunities.
- Experience managing or mentoring team members.
- Strong communication, ownership and problem-solving skills.
