Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced PGT Physics Teacher to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, concept-driven Physics instruction to Senior Secondary students and preparing them for CBSE Board examinations and competitive academic pathways.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver effective Physics lessons in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
- Develop students’ conceptual understanding, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, practicals, and assessment materials.
- Conduct and supervise Physics laboratory experiments in accordance with safety standards.
- Assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement appropriate academic support.
- Prepare students for CBSE Board examinations through structured teaching and regular assessments.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support student development.
- Participate in school events, academic activities, and professional development programmes.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) in Physics from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. from a recognized institution/university.
- Solid communication proficiency in English
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5+ years of teaching experience at the Senior Secondary level in a CBSE school
- Ability to effectively conduct Physics practicals and laboratory activities.
- Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
