Job Description: The ideal candidate will build lasting relationships with individuals seeking hair loss treatment consultations, delivering personalized, professional advice based on facial structure, age, profession, personality, and client expectations.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive hair and scalp assessments to determine the stage and cause of hair loss.
- Educate clients on hair loss science and provide tailored counseling aligned with their goals and concerns.
- Assess client expectations, recommend appropriate clinical procedures and homecare products, and clearly communicate realistic outcomes using visual and diagnostic tools.
- Set and track daily consultation and conversion targets, reviewing performance metrics regularly to optimize results.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets to support studio growth.
- Demonstrate ownership, strategic thinking, and proactive problem-solving—acting as a trusted advisor and long-term partner in client success.





Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- b2c sales experience is must
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in consultative sales, preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, or premium services.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving—and exceeding—monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-making.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience delivering high-touch, consultative 1:1 sales experiences.
- Proven ability to engage and serve high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) in face-to-face settings.
