About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Part-Time Project Manager to support the delivery of QA and software testing projects. The role involves coordinating with clients and internal teams, monitoring project progress, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring timely and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end delivery of assigned QA/software testing projects.

- Coordinate with clients, QA teams, automation engineers, and other technical teams as required.

- Track project scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and resource requirements.

- Conduct client meetings, project updates, reviews, and escalations as required.

- Ensure clear ownership, accountability, and communication across project teams.

- Identify delivery issues or resource/capability gaps and drive timely resolution.





- Manage scope changes and client expectations effectively.

- Monitor project quality, progress, and overall delivery performance.

- Support process improvements, reporting, and better delivery practices across projects.

Requirements

- Proven Project Management experience in QA/software testing services.

- Strong understanding of QA/testing processes and test automation (preferred).

- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams.

- Strong client management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, risks, and deadlines independently.

- Practical understanding of project planning, resource allocation, and delivery tracking.

Engagement

This is a part-time, project-based remote prospect. Working hours and duration may vary based on project and client requirements.
