Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced TGT Mathematics Teacher to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, concept-based Mathematics instruction, fostering analytical and problem-solving skills, and supporting the overall academic and personal development of students.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver effective Mathematics lessons in accordance with the CBSE curriculum for secondary classes.
- Develop students’ conceptual understanding, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Prepare lesson plans, assessments, worksheets, and other instructional resources.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress and provide timely academic support.
- Participate in examinations,
academic activities, school events, and professional development programmes.
- Maintain effective communication with parents, colleagues, and school leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Mathematics from a recognized university, with a minimum of 60% marks in the relevant subject and overall, as applicable.
- B.Ed. from a recognized institution/university is a must
- Robust communication proficiency in English
Experience
- 3+ years of teaching experience in a CBSE school is must.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
