Role Overview

As an LLM Engineering Expert, you will:

- Design complex engineering problems based on real-world workflows
- Develop simulation-based tasks with multiple constraints and optimization goals
- Build and validate computational environments using engineering simulation tools
- Analyze AI agent outputs and identify reasoning or tool-use challenges
- Create objective evaluation methods to assess technical correctness

Technical Skills

- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering, or related fields




- 10+ years of hands-on engineering design experience
- Solid programming skills in Python and experience with simulation environments
- Experience with tools such as:
- ngspice
- PySpice
- OpenFOAM
- FEniCSx
- CalculiX
- python-control
- CadQuery
- OpenModelica
- Cantera
- Gmsh

- Experience with LLM evaluation, coding agents, failure analysis, or AI benchmarking is preferred

- Strong understanding of engineering principles and simulation workflows
- Ability to validate physical correctness, units, boundary conditions, and technical documentation
- Experience analyzing technical outputs and identifying errors or improvement areas
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
