Industry Mentor – Analytics with AI | Part-Time

You learned the industry by doing. Now, help someone else learn it faster.

At Masai, our Industry Mentors play a key role in helping learners build job-ready skills. You’ll lead live, interactive classes, break down complex Business Analytics concepts into simple, practical lessons, and bring real-world industry experience into the classroom.

You won’t just teach concepts—you’ll help learners understand how analytics is actually used to solve business problems.

What You’ll Do

- Conduct live online classes, taking learners from fundamentals to practical application.

- Explain Business Analytics concepts using real-world examples, case studies, and industry scenarios.

- Guide learners through hands-on exercises using tools commonly used in the industry.

- Create an engaging learning environment through discussions, activities, questions, and live problem-solving.

- Review assignments and projects and provide clear,



actionable feedback.

- Help learners apply analytical thinking to real business problems.

- Collaborate with the Curriculum Team and Teaching Assistants to ensure a smooth learning experience.

- Share practical industry insights, best practices, and common mistakes to help learners become workplace-ready.

When You’ll Work

- Weekdays: From 8:00 PM onwards

- Weekends: Flexible based on the class schedule

This is a part time opportunity designed to fit alongside your full-time role or other professional commitments.

What You Should Know Well

You should be comfortable with most of the following:

- Business & Analytical Thinking: Breaking down ambiguous business problems and asking the right questions.

- Business Metrics & KPIs: Revenue, growth, retention, profitability, conversion, and other key business metrics.
