1. Scan incoming and outgoing shipments using a scanner/mobile application.
2. Sort parcels according to destination, route, PIN code, or shipment category.
3. Ensure accurate inward and outward scanning of all shipments.
4. Handle loading, unloading, bagging, tagging, and movement of parcels within the hub.
5. Verify shipment details and identify missing, damaged, or incorrectly sorted packages.
6. Maintain proper shipment records and update the system regularly.
7. Ensure parcels are dispatched to the correct route/hub within the required TAT.
8. Coordinate with delivery and hub teams for smooth shipment movement.
9. Follow safety, security, and operational SOPs.
10. Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the sorting area.
