1. Manage day-to-day robotic MIG welding production in automotive weld shop.
2. Hands-on experience with Yaskawa MOTOMAN and Panasonic welding robots.
3. Robot teaching, programming, job editing and weld-path optimization.
4. Teach and optimize circular/continuous welds, weld points and welding sequences.
5. Monitor Production, Quality, Productivity, OEE and Delivery targets.
6. Troubleshoot robot, welding torch, wire-feeding and welding-process issues.
7. Handle welding fixtures, fixture validation and poka-yoke.
8. Reduce weld defects, rework and rejection through root-cause analysis.
9. Support cycle-time reduction and Kaizen/continuous improvement.
10. Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Engineering teams.
11. Train operators on robot operation, teaching procedures and basic troubleshooting.
12. Maintain production/process documentation and ensure 5S and safety on the shop floor.
