Key Responsibilities

• Manage CRM activities and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Handle and coordinate important documentation related to shipping line operations.

• Ensure accuracy, completeness and timely submission of documents.

• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve documentation and operational requirements.

• Maintain proper records, databases and CRM updates.

• Follow up on pending documentation and ensure timely closure.

• Analyze customer and operational requirements and provide appropriate support.

• Prepare reports and maintain relevant MIS/documentation records.

• Ensure attention to detail and adherence to company processes and timelines.

Candidate Profile

• Qualification: Graduate; MBA preferred.

• Experience:



Relevant experience specifically with a Shipping Line.

• Strong knowledge of the Kolkata shipping/market environment.

• Candidates from NVOCC, CFS, CHA or Freight Forwarding backgrounds are not required/preferred.

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Smart, presentable and professional personality.

• Go-getter attitude with a proactive and self-motivated approach.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage key documentation accurately.

• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.

• Age: Up to 40 years.
