Own the post-signature contract lifecycle for Version 1, taking ownership of every executed contract from signature onwards. You will make sure contract data is accurate, obligations are tracked, contracted price uplifts are applied on time, and renewals are never missed, so the business has reliable backlog revenue visibility and robust compliance evidence.
Key responsibilities
- Own the post-signature contract management process, governance model and all escalations.
- Run the price uplift and indexation cycle, and hold approval sign-off before increases are applied.
- Sign off renewal actions and own the working relationship with sales and finance.
- Maintain the accuracy and completeness of contract data against an agreed standard.
- Oversee the renewal early-warning routine so renewals are actioned well ahead of expiry.
- Produce and own backlog revenue and compliance reporting.
- Set and maintain service levels for contract intake, data validation and renewal alerts.
- Drive automation and AI adoption so the function scales without adding headcount.
