- Position: Operational Procurement Buyer
- Location: Pune
- Experience: 5 7+ Years (Manufacturing Industry)
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle PR, PO, and GR processes
- Create, track, and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP/PAX
- Expedite deliveries and monitor supplier commitments to ensure timely material availability
- Handle PO amendments, logistics coordination, and invoice-related issues
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Project teams for procurement requirements
- Resolve supply chain issues and support continuous process improvements
- Review engineering drawings and technical specifications for procurement activities

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in SAP/PAX procurement systems
- Knowledge of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Robust analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is mandatory
