We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Principal/Lead Consultant to drive a strategic finance transformation program for a leading Aerospace & Defense manufacturing organization. The consultant will lead the FI workstream, covering Financial Accounting (FI), Revenue Recognition, Government Contract Accounting, Project Accounting integration, Asset Accounting, Reporting, Controls, and FI-related RICEF objects. This is a hands-on, client-facing leadership role that requires ownership of solution design, workshop facilitation, and key decision-making while actively contributing to system configuration, documentation, testing, cutover activities, and post-go-live stabilization. The ideal candidate will provide workstream leadership, mentor team members, and coordinate effectively across client stakeholders, Infosys teams, implementation partners, and globally distributed delivery teams. Although the role does not involve direct people management, it requires robust leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills to ensure successful project delivery.
