Job Description:

Job Title : Zuora Billing & Integration Consultant

Job Type : Full-Time

Experience : 2-3 years

Location : Hyderabad, Telangana

Responsibilities:

- Hands-on experience with Zuora Billing, Payments, Revenue, and Subscription Management.
- Experience supporting Stripe Payment Gateway integration and payment processing workflows.
- Good understanding of Zuora integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, ERP, CRM, and third-party systems.
- Experience working with billing, invoicing, payments, refunds, collections, and reconciliation processes.
- Exposure to Oracle EBS and financial system integrations.
- Experience configuring and supporting Zuora solutions based on business and functional requirements.
- Good understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Understanding of Revenue Recognition and basic financial operations.




- Good knowledge of subscription lifecycle management, including orders, amendments, renewals, cancellations, upgrades, and downgrades.
- Understanding of Zuora Revenue processes and revenue recognition concepts.
- Valuable SQL skills for data validation, reporting, analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Basic to good experience with API troubleshooting and integration debugging.
- Ability to understand business and finance requirements and translate them into Zuora functional configurations and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales, and IT teams to support and improve billing and payment processes.
- Support PCI compliance, payment security, financial data integrity, and audit requirements.
- Troubleshoot billing, payment, subscription, and integration issues and work with technical teams to resolve production issues.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
