Proficient in managing and configuring Cisco or similar wireless controller and access points.
- Experience in routing and switching and having experience in SD-WAN technology.
- Able to handle MPLS and Internet connectivity issues between Datacenters and branch locations.
- Experience in DNS, DHCP and exposure to Infoblox configurations and troubleshooting.
- Experience in handling Cisco catalyst devices and DNAC.
- Excellent network troubleshooting skills.
- Manage the network team and assisting to resolve P1 and P2 incidents on-time.
- Delivered continuous support for critical infrastructure within a 24/5 data center workplace and On-call rotations ( Once in a month).
