This pivotal role demands an individual with 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The successful candidate will be instrumental in validating system functionality, identifying defects, and guaranteeing that the ServiceNow environment operates seamlessly to meet business objectives. Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive testing strategies and test plans tailored to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
- Utilize Worksoft Certify to automate testing processes, ensuring efficiency and coverage across critical workflows.
- Collaborate closely with development and business teams to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
- Identify, document, and track defects throughout the lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and re-testing.
- Validate system performance, security, and functionality against established requirements and industry standards.
- Maintain detailed test documentation, including test cases, scripts, and execution reports.
- Conduct regression testing to verify that recent changes do not adversely affect existing features.
- Provide regular status updates and insights on testing progress to stakeholders.
RequirementsRequirements:
- Possess a minimum of 5 to 7 years of professional experience in software testing, with a strong focus on enterprise platforms.
- Demonstrate proven, hands-on proficiency with Worksoft for test automation.
- Show deep expertise in ServiceNow testing methodologies, including functional, integration, and regression testing.
- Hold a relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Exhibit robust analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
- Maintain a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance best practices.
