We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the IT team with day-to-day administrative and coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedules and coordinate meetings.
- Book meeting rooms and coordinate meeting arrangements.
- Assist with events and internal meetings.
- Make air ticket and travel arrangements as required.
- Coordinate and attend to visitors, including internal, external, and global stakeholders.
- Coordinate with different teams and ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
- Handle basic documentation and follow-ups as required.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday

Staffing Partner:
We have been their staffing partner for 10+ years, so the payroll will be managed by us.
Contract: 1 year, with the possibility of renewal based on performance and business requirements.
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Prior experience in Executive Assistant, Administration, or coordination roles.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Valuable organizational and coordination skills.
- Should be comfortable interacting with senior management and global stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up on activities.
