Job Description:

- Global Travel & Visa Expertise – Solid understanding of international business travel, with dominant knowledge of Schengen, Germany, UK, USA, & other global visa processes, immigration documentation, travel compliance, and international travel regulations.
- Travel Operations & Vendor Management – Sound knowledge of airline fare structures, hotel bookings, travel insurance, travel booking platforms, expense management systems, and effective coordination with travel partners.
- Analytical & Reporting Skills – Strong analytical capability with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and reporting tools to generate insights and support decision-making.
- Planning & Execution – Excellent organizational, documentation, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities,



meet tight deadlines, and maintain high levels of accuracy.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management – Excellent verbal and written communication, customer focus, collaboration, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with employees, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Problem Solving & Decision Making – Strong analytical thinking with the ability to resolve complex travel-related issues, make informed decisions, and drive continuous process improvements.
- Professional Attributes – Demonstrates ownership, accountability, integrity, confidentiality, adaptability, resilience, and a strong attention to detail while delivering high-quality service.
