We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HSE Engineer to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees and compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. **Position Overview:** The HSE Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing safety policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring adherence to regulations on our construction sites. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, in-depth knowledge of construction safety regulations, and a commitment to ensuring the safety of our construction teams. **Key Responsibilities:** + Inspect construction sites to identify potential safety and health hazards. + Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. + Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations. + Identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures.



+ Conduct safety training sessions for construction staff and workers. + Investigate accidents or incidents to discover causes and handle worker's compensation claims. + Prepare and present safety reports to management. + Maintain knowledge of current safety laws and regulations, and make recommendations for their implementation. + Assist with the purchase and maintenance of safety equipment. + Conduct safety drills to assess the readiness of the construction team in case of an emergency. + Collaborate with construction managers to ensure safe working conditions throughout the construction process. + Coordinate with health and safety professionals to stay updated on the best practices and standards in the industry. **Education Details:** + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field. + Proven experience as an HSE Engineer in the construction industry. + In-depth knowledge of construction safety regulations and risk management. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to conduct training sessions and present safety reports. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + High level of personal credibility, integrity, and client relationship management skills. + Ability to travel, as required.
