McDonalds is scaling its global data platform to deliver real-time, actionable insights that enhance operations and elevate the customer experience. Through Enterprise Data, Analytics, and AI (EDAA),

were enabling a smarter, more connected ecosystemdriven by cloud technology, automation, and intelligent data engineering.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to guide our Agile teams, ensure effective Scrum practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Duties:

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, ensuring proper implementation of Scrum principles and practices.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.
- Coach the team on Agile principles and promote self-organization.
- Identify and remove impediments or blockers that hinder the teams progress.




- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed backlog and clear user stories.
- Track team performance using metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down/up charts) and help identify improvement opportunities.
- Support cross-team collaboration and coordination with stakeholders.
- Advocate for best practices in Agile project management and process efficiency.

Experience:

7-11 Years

Qualifications:

Required:

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
- 7+ years of experience as a Scrum masters in software development or technology teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in removing team blockers and fostering high-performing teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.).

Preferred:

- Experience with team building and daily administrative coordination.
- Experience with distributed or remote Agile teams.
- Experience in software development, DevOps, or product management environments.
- Knowledge of metrics-driven team performance analysis.
- Experience scaling Agile practices across multiple teams or departments.
- Experience working on Machine Learning or AI-related products or teams.
- Experience in Handling the PI Planning.
