Role Overview

ADM is seeking a senior leader to establish and scale its Data, Analytics & AI organization

within the Global Capability Center (GCC) in Bengaluru, India.

This role is accountable for building a high-performing global delivery organization, advancing

ADMs enterprise data strategy, and enabling the scaling of digital and AI-driven solutions

across the business.

The Director will serve as a critical bridge between global and regional teams, ensuring the GCC

operates as both a delivery engine and a center of excellence for data, analytics, and AI

enablement.

Key Accountabilities

1.GCC Build & Organizational Leadership

- Establish and scale the Data, Analytics & AI function within the GCC, aligned to ADMs global strategy
- Define the operating model, governance structure, and Ways of Working (WoW)
- Build and lead a high-performing team across data engineering, analytics, and AI enablement
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning

2.Data & Analytics Delivery Excellence

- Provide leadership oversight for end-to-end delivery across:

oData platforms (Azure, Databricks, SAP Datasphere)

oMaster Data Management (MDM), data quality, and governance

oBusiness intelligence and reporting (Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau)

- Ensure delivery outcomes meet expectations for quality, timeliness, and business value

- Standardize tools, processes, and best practices across global teams

3.AI & Digital Enablement

- Partner with Digital & Innovation (D&I;) teams to scale AI and digital solutions across the

enterprise

- Enable transition of solutions from ideation and prototyping to enterprise-scale

deployment

and platform capabilities to support AI initiatives
- Promote adoption of emerging technologies aligned with business priorities
- Own the delivery of data pipelines, feature stores, and model-serving infrastructure that underpin AI/ML workloads
- Define clear boundaries between what the GCC AI team builds vs. supports, in coordination with the central D&I; team

4.Portfolio & Value Management

- Translate enterprise strategy into a prioritized data, analytics, and AI roadmap

- Establish demand intake, prioritization, and governance frameworks
- Track business value through KPIs, ROI, and benefits realization

- Optimize resource allocation and ensure alignment with enterprise priorities

5.Stakeholder Engagement & Global Alignment

- Act as the primary interface between GCC and global leadership
- Collaborate with Delivery Directors and business stakeholders to align on priorities and capacity
- Communicate progress on delivery, talent, and innovation initiatives
- Build strong partnerships across business functions including Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Master Data

6.Talent Strategy & Culture

- Lead hiring, onboarding, and development of top-tier talent
- Establish structured career paths, mentorship programs, and capability development initiatives
- Embed ADMs culture and values within the GCC
- Drive engagement,



performance management, and retention

Qualifications & Experience

Leadership & Functional Expertise

Classification: Internal

- 15+ years of experience in technology, with strong focus on Data & Analytics
- 8+ years in leadership roles building and managing global teams
- Proven experience in establishing or scaling global capability centers or delivery organizations
- Strong business acumen with ability to align technology initiatives to enterprise strategy

Technical Expertise

Required:

- Deep understanding of contemporary data platforms and ecosystems (Azure, Databricks, or equivalent)
- BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent
- Master Data Management (MDM), data governance, quality, and migration
- Data engineering and analytics delivery at scale
- Solid experience in AI/ML product development, MLOps, or automation pipelines.

Preferred ( but not mandatory ):

- SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud experience
- Experience with digital product development or platform engineering
