In India, we are present in five locations and operate as BA Continuum India Private Limited (BACI), a non-banking subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation and the operating company for India operations of Global Business Services. **Process Overview*** Global Finance was set up in 2007 as a part of the CFO Global Delivery strategy to provide offshore delivery to Line of Business and Enterprise Finance functions. The capabilities hosted include Accounts Payable, General Accounting & Reconciliations, Management Reporting & Analysis, Research & Analytics, Financial Transaction Processing, Finance Systems Support & Regulatory reporting. Over the years, the scope of Global Finance has been expanded to include operations for other enterprise control functions like Human Resources and Risk and Compliance. CFO Change Automation team, which is part of CFO COO group involved in various analytics, automation and reporting and governance needs that help the CFO group analyze and address key challenges & provide relevant solutions using ET or any other relevant technologies. The team provides deep dive analysis by deploying analytics and data mining tools like SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, Workiva etc. as well as is involved in setting up automated solutions for complex BAU processes. **Job Description*** + The Operational Excellence Program Lead is a senior member of the CFO Finance Innovation team, responsible for driving a consistent and standard Operational Excellence approach across all CFO Lines of Business. The role oversees the OpEx program and champions a culture of continuous improvement. + The individual manages the end-to-end idea lifecycle - from ideation through delivery and value realization. + Plans and drives the OpEx challenge event to surface, evaluate, and scale the best improvement ideas across the CFO organization. + Partnering with senior stakeholders in each CFO Line of Business,
