Regional Sales Manager – Dermatology Division **Location:** Hyderabad

**Experience:** 7–12 Years ### Role Overview We are looking for an experienced **Regional Sales Manager** to lead the sales operations for the **Dermatology Division** in the assigned region. The candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets, developing the team and strengthening relationships with dermatologists and key customers. ### Key Responsibilities - Drive regional sales strategy and achieve **sales and business targets**.
- Lead, coach and manage the field sales team.
- Develop and execute territory-wise sales plans.
- Build strong relationships with **Dermatologists, KOLs and key customers**.
- Drive product adoption, prescription generation and business growth.
- Monitor primary and secondary sales and ensure effective stock management.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends and competitor activities.
- Identify current business opportunities and strengthen market coverage.
- Conduct regular field visits with team members and provide coaching.
- Ensure effective implementation of marketing and promotional strategies.




- Track team productivity, coverage, call average and other sales KPIs.
- Coordinate with distributors, stockists and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and market updates. ### Candidate Profile - **7–12 years of experience** in pharmaceutical sales.
- Strong experience in **Dermatology / Derma Division** preferred.
- Prior experience managing a regional/large territory sales team.
- Strong understanding of the **Dermatology market and doctor network**.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-management abilities.
