Key Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate social media and content activities. Develop and manage client presentations in coordination with clients and the design team. Manage client sampling requests, approvals, tracking, and dispatch. Act as a marketing point of contact for client queries and requirements. Support development of e-catalogues, physical catalogues, flyers, banners, and marketing collateral. Support sales through presentations, samples, and marketing materials. Prepare and coordinate showroom sample kits. Support exhibition planning and execution, including booth design, samples, displays, collateral, vendors, and logistics. Coordinate travel, accommodation, and itineraries for exhibition teams. Maintain marketing trackers and prepare weekly activity reports. Coordinate branding activities for showrooms, exhibitions, and other marketing initiatives. Coordinate directly with clients and internal teams for assigned marketing activities. Raise and follow up on sample, design, catalogue,



and marketing requirements. Coordinate with approved vendors and service providers. Escalate delays, issues, and approvals to the reporting manager. Operate within approved company policies, budgets, and authorization levels. Qualification and Technical Skills/Competencies: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Good knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and social media platforms. Solid written and verbal English communication, Communication & Client Management, Planning & Organization, Coordination & Follow-up, Attention to Detail, Presentation Skills, Problem Solving, Teamwork, Ownership & Accountability 1-2 years of experience in marketing, client servicing, sales support, or a related role. International/B2B marketing or exhibition experience preferred.
