Job title: Data Analyst

Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India On-site Full-time Mid-Senior level

QWR Interactive Solutions designs and manufactures head-worn computing devices. We have shipped over 50,000 devices across 17 countries. We also build HUMBL, a voice-native AI app.

About the role

We are looking for a data analyst with 2 to 4 years of experience turning operational data into decisions, ideally in a hardware, manufacturing, consumer product or technology environment.

Our data sits in very different places. Device and production data on one side, app behaviour on the other, and sales pipeline and marketing performance across both. Nobody currently owns that picture end to end. This role does, and your dashboards will be read by the founder weekly.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain the dashboards leadership uses weekly, covering revenue, pipeline, production, app performance and marketing spend.

Automate recurring reports so the team reads numbers rather than assembling them.

Own a single source of truth for each metric, documented so two people asking the same question get the same answer.

Analyse product and app usage data, including activation, retention and feature adoption for HUMBL.

Analyse CRM pipeline data: conversion by stage, cycle length, win and loss patterns, where deals stall.

Analyse marketing performance across paid and organic, including cost per lead, CAC and channel return.





Support production and supply chain with analysis on yield, returns, field failures and inventory.

Translate business questions into analyses, and analyses back into plain recommendations.

Work with engineering so the right events are captured in the first place.

Prepare data and analysis for investor, board and partner materials.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or a related field.

2 to 4 years of hands-on analytics experience with ownership of the output, not just the query.

Robust SQL. Comfortable writing and optimising queries without assistance.

Working knowledge of Python or R for analysis and automation.

Fluency in at least one BI tool: Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio or Metabase.

Advanced Excel, including pivots, lookups and modelling.

Familiarity with product analytics such as GA4, Firebase, Mixpanel or Amplitude.

The ability to explain a finding to someone non-technical, in one paragraph, without a chart.

Curiosity about the business. The best analysis here comes from asking why a number moved before being asked.

Nice to Have

Experience in hardware, manufacturing or consumer apps.

dbt or a modern data stack.

Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.

Basic statistics and experiment design.
