Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Blue Yonder (formerly JDA/RedPrairie) WMS Technical Consultant to design, develop, implement, enhance, and support enterprise Warehouse Management solutions across complex global distribution environments.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Blue Yonder WMS , hands-on experience in system configuration and customization, integration development, production support, and warehouse operations. The candidate should be capable of working closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, integration teams, and third-party application teams to deliver scalable and high-performing warehouse solutions.

Blue Yonder WMS certification is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, customize, and support Blue Yonder (JDA/RedPrairie)



Warehouse Management solutions.
- Participate in end-to-end implementation, upgrade, enhancement, and support engagements.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical design specifications.
- Develop and maintain customizations, workflows, interfaces, reports, and extensions within the BY WMS platform.
- Design and develop integrations between Blue Yonder WMS and ERP, transportation, planning, automation, and external enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot application, database, integration, and performance issues across warehouse operations.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions for production incidents.
- Support warehouse process areas including inbound receiving, put-away, replenishment, inventory management, cycle counting, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
- Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, infrastructure teams, and third-party vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in code reviews, system testing, deployment activities, and hypercare support.
- Prepare technical specifications, deployment documentation, support procedures, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Ensure adherence to development standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
